Welcome to FoSS – Friends of Springwood Schools!

FoSS is our dedicated Parent Teacher Association, bringing together families, staff, and the wider community to support and enrich the experiences of all children at Springwood. We are a friendly and enthusiastic group, committed to creating fun opportunities while raising valuable funds for the school.

Throughout the year, FoSS organises a variety of exciting fundraising events that children and families look forward to. Our popular Winter and Summer Fairs are highlights of the school calendar, filled with games, stalls, and entertainment for everyone to enjoy. We also run Easter competitions, encouraging creativity and participation across all year groups.

We believe every child should feel included in the celebrations, which is why FoSS ensures that every pupil receives a special treat at both Christmas and Easter. In addition, our much-loved Friday doughnut and ice lolly sales give children a fun way to end the week while helping to raise funds for school projects and resources. All money raised by FoSS goes directly back into the school, supporting activities, equipment, and experiences that benefit every child.

We are always looking for more volunteers to get involved. Whether you can spare a little time to help at events, contribute ideas, or support behind the scenes, your help makes a huge difference. Joining FoSS is a great way to meet other parents and be part of the school community; any support, big or small, is truly appreciated.

Thank you FoSS for a Jingley Jangley start to the Christmas break! 

Our families and staff gathered together to enjoy a festive and snowy end to term with chocolatey treats, mince pies and singing from our very own choir.
